Growth Groups provide an easy, unique opportunity for like-minded people to talk about what they're learning. When someone shares a tip or lesson they've paid dearly to learn — something directly impacting being effective — it's solid gold! 

Growth Groups are usually focused around a common ministry role. On a set time each week you log in with a computer, smart phone, or tablet for a few minutes of input on the discussion of the day, and the moderated conversation begins.
